Everett Community College was founded in 1941 and educates about 20,000 students annually.  Our mission statement is that “We educate, equip, and inspire each student to achieve personal and professional goals, contribute to our diverse communities, and thrive in a global society.”

Part of thriving in a global society is an awareness of the diversity of cultures and languages in our world.  As such, we have hundreds of international students representing over 30 countries on our campus.  However, we also want to give our domestic students an opportunity to learn first hand what a wonderfully diverse world we live in.

This blog is a repository of the different students’ voices and their experiences of studying abroad.  EvCC currently has study abroad trips to Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Germany, Japan, and Spain.
